Returns & Refunds


Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. If your item had no tags when you received it don’t worry. For some of our, we will not include tags to help with sustainability efforts.

Can I exchange an Item?

Exchanges must be done WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Exchanges can also only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item. Delivery charges will apply.

What can be returned?

You can return all items from your order.

Please also note that In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us UNWORN/UNUSED and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

When returning an item?

  • Please contact us at with your order reference and name clearly on the email. We will provide you with the address to send the item back to.
  • Please place a copy of the invoice with the return package.
  • We don’t yet offer free postage on returns so.
  • Once we’ve inspected the item we will issue a refund of the payment via the payment method used.
    • Payment providers can take between 7-10 working days to refund the payment.
